An AI agent on WhatsApp that.An AI agent on WhatsApp that takes the order, collects the payment, issues the e‑invoice, books the appointment, chases what's owed.
Your customers chat, order, pay and book on WhatsApp. WeCov's agent handles it end to end — paid, invoiced and on the record — and only calls you when it should.
The problem
Your customers are on WhatsApp. Your business is in seven tools.
Every order, payment and invoice is retyped by someone — and anything that arrives at night, on the weekend or in the rush waits.
WhatsApp on a personal phone
Orders in a spreadsheet
A separate payment link tool
Invoices at the accountant
Debts in a notebook
A booking app per branch
Loyalty on paper cards
Reports nobody builds
WeCov is the cover over all of it.
One agent and one record: the chat, the order, the payment, the invoice and the customer are the same thing — never retyped, never out of sync.
How it works
From the first message to a paid, invoiced order.
One loop, run by the agent. No re‑keying, no waiting for month end, no one on the phone.
A message
Arabic, English or a voice note, on the number they already use.
An order or booking
Priced from your catalogue, checked against stock and free slots.
A payment link
mada, Apple Pay, cards or pay‑later — inside the chat.
Paid
Matched to the order the second it clears.
An e‑invoice
Issued under ZATCA or UAE rules and sent in the chat.
On the record
Customer updated, status sent, and a nightly summary on your WhatsApp.
One system
Everything behind the agent, in one system.
The agent can finish the job because every part of the business lives in the same place — nothing to integrate, nothing to keep in sync.

Watch it work
An agent that does the work, not just the talking.
It reads the chat, decides what needs to happen, and does it — through the same services your staff use.
A reschedule, a deposit and a refilled slot — with nobody at the desk.

Agent run
Every read and write, logged
Understands
Arabic, Gulf dialect and English — answering only from your catalogue, hours, stock and policies.
Executes
Creates orders, sends payment links, issues tax invoices, books and moves appointments.
Remembers
Updates the customer record, writes notes and tags, awards loyalty, logs the missed sale.
Knows when to stop
Hands over with full context, and waits for approval above the limits you set.
In control
Autonomous — with you in control.
No one needs to touch the routine. You decide where the line is, and the agent never crosses it.
You set the limits
Each capability is on, off or needs approval. Ordering but not discounts; payments but not refunds.
It calls you only when it should
Complaints, refunds above your limit, or anything it isn't sure of reach a person — with the full context.
Same rules as your staff
No side door. Prices, stock, VAT and permissions are checked by the system, never guessed by the AI.
Every action on the record
What it read, what it changed and who approved it — kept and exportable.
New accounts start with approvals on. Each capability moves to automatic as it earns a track record with your business.
Business types
Shaped for your trade.
WeCov speaks your trade — a service, a dish, a patient, a corporate account. One branch or forty, each with its own menu, prices and team.

E‑invoicing
E‑invoicing ready, without changing how you sell.
Both countries are bringing small businesses into e‑invoicing in the next months. With WeCov, every sale on WhatsApp becomes a compliant e‑invoice by itself.

- Each branch onboarded with its own CSID certificate.
- Invoice counter, hash chain, QR and cryptographic stamp handled for you.
- Corrections by credit note — never by editing an issued invoice.
- Arabic invoices, with renewal reminders on the owner's WhatsApp.
One brand can invoice under both regimes — each location uses the tax authority of its own legal entity.

Questions
Before you join.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. In most cases you keep your current business number, and the WhatsApp Business app keeps working alongside WeCov.
Does it really work without staff?
For the routine — orders, bookings, payments, invoices and updates — yes. You set the limits; anything outside them comes to you with the full context.
Is it compliant with ZATCA and UAE e‑invoicing?
In Saudi Arabia, each branch is integrated with ZATCA Phase 2. In the UAE, invoices go through an accredited service provider, as the law requires.
Does it work with the tools I already use?
We are starting with the most common payment gateways, POS and accounting tools in the UAE and KSA. Tell us yours when you join.
What happens to my customers' data?
It stays yours. Every customer has a consent record in line with UAE and KSA data protection law, and you can export everything at any time.
When can I start, and what does it cost?
